Contact Improvisation & Biomimicry

This half-day immersive workshop invites you to move through the patterns of life itself, guided by the body, held by nature’s principles, and awakened by the principles of Contact Improvisation. We explore how life’s principles are embodied in the dance between people via the integration of feedback and sensing the body as the landscape. In this exploration, the group becomes an ecosystem, and the moments are the manifestation of the living system. We co-create a place for feeling, rewilding, and re-membering that we are already nature.

No prior experience with Contact Improvisation is needed. What is needed is your curiosity, presence, and a willingness to explore.

📅 Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025
🕘 Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (studio opens at 9:30am)
📍 Location: Wildcat Studio at 2525 8th street, Berkeley, CA 94710

💸 Sliding scale: $15–$30 (pre-registration required by 5/28, Registration link)
